Film Screening: Nocturnes

Nocturnes at the Vincennes Racetrack: a journey into a deserted place where, on some evenings, there are fewer people than screens. Scrutinizing the images, Kader, a horse bettor, accompanied by his girlfriend, experiences the cyclical succession of races with intense passion. Until this addictive routine tips over into the dark side of obsession, into those invisible areas where cameramen, announcers, and journalists work and stage this dehumanized oddity of a spectacle without spectators
