Le mois de la recherche-création
In March, the Theater transforms into a bustling, expansive laboratory. Young researchers, artists-in-residence, and students from Parisian art schools take over all the rooms and workspaces. An interdisciplinary school, cross-disciplinary workshops, artist-researcher residencies, and in-situ art-science experiments: here, hybrid forms of writing, inquiry, and presentation are invented, halfway between the laboratory and the stage. The partnership with the University Paris Sciences & Lettres—a pioneering university in France and internationally in the field of research-creation, bringing together notably six art schools, the SACRe doctoral program, and major programs in environmental humanities—brings together disciplines that rarely intersect: arts, sciences, and social sciences. The most advanced projects will join Notre Printemps in April, marking the conclusion of the series.
