Motor Unit
Sati Veyrunes, Erna Ómarsdóttir, and Adrienn Hód
A reversal of paradigm: here, it is not the choreographer who chooses her cast —it is the performer who chooses her choreographers. Sati Veyrunes invited Erna Ómarsdóttir and Adrienn Hód each to pass on a solo, and unfolds Motor Unit in two parts. A single body becomes the meeting-place of two distinct writings —the space of a metamorphosis that asks what a piece becomes when the performer is its source
