Extensive Warm-Up

Before taking the stage for the performance of *Silence*, Mathilde Monnier invites the audience to participate in a thorough warm-up to explore the body, its movements, and its vibrations.

The artist engages this improvised collective in a rhythmic exploration of pulses, accelerations, and suspended moments that lead to a trance-like state. This serves as a gateway into the show’s choreographic and musical universe, where different sensibilities converge.
